In Q1 2024, the real-time strategy category on iOS in the Netherlands saw significant activity, with five standout apps demonstrating varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the top performers, based on data from Sensor Tower.

We Are Warriors! saw a steady rise in weekly revenue, starting from $158 in the first week of January and peaking at $2K in early March. Downloads also showed an upward trend initially, reaching a high of 7.6K in the week of February 19, before tapering off to 1.7K by the end of March. Active users for the app increased from 6K at the start of the quarter to a peak of 17K mid-February, before settling at around 13.8K by the end of March.

Clash Royale from Supercell maintained a robust revenue stream throughout the quarter, with notable peaks at $43.4K in the first week of January and $38.6K in early March. Weekly downloads ranged between 1.3K and 1.9K, while active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 207K and 243K.

Mob Control by Voodoo experienced a consistent increase in downloads, peaking at 2.4K in early March. Revenue showed minor fluctuations, ending the quarter at $1.2K. Active users rose steadily, from 3K at the beginning of January to 5.7K in early March, before a slight decline to 4.3K by the end of the quarter.

Tower War - Tactical Conquest had a mixed performance with revenue peaking at $881 in mid-March. Downloads varied, reaching up to 1.7K in mid-March, and active users saw a peak of 8.7K at the end of February, stabilizing around 8.6K by the end of March.

Lastly, Warcraft Rumble from Blizzard Entertainment showed a significant drop in both downloads and revenue over the quarter. Revenue started at $5.3K in the first week of January but dropped to $1.4K by the end of March. Downloads also declined from 572 in early January to 134 by the end of the quarter. Active users hovered around 5K to 6K throughout the quarter.
